Design feedback from erica

I just wanted to have this documented. I did a quick feedback session with Erica on the current design of the site. Here are some notes I took.

• confused about column headers errors, like what does that even mean?
• what's the template name
• confused about how the template name in errors related to files uploaded
  above
• doesn't realize what files the "files not in right format error" apply to.
• doesn't know what to do with the error. what now?
• confused about where appropriation errors were because they were not in the
  same order.
• template titles confusing, maybe use some other naming scheme.
• instructions telling you what to do at the upload part.
• don't organize by error type.
• why not just show 4 files and errors below each
• dropdown for more detailed errors
• have field to upload new file by the error, not only at the top
