Acceptance criteria:

A visual aid that shows the technical design, including how the JAAMS/Prism joins will occur at the sub-award level
Include the specific tables and fields involved in the joins
Include all of the elements from the DATA Act Elements Guidance for the files - Appropriations, ObjectClassProgramActivity, AwardFinancial, and Award
