As the default image for 2i2c new hubs, this image includes both Python and R environments. We should review what we have put into this 'default' and ensure it meets the needs of our community partners great initial experience.
Example: add gh-scoped-creds since that feature is being featured in our initial demo to new communities.
I should create some documentation for why we have chosen to include particular packages in this as our default image.
We need to clarify if this image is indeed just the 'default' (like a default password) with the expecation that each community partner will be forking it or creating a new image.
Or, if we are expecting communities to continue to use this default in production we will need to much more careful of what to include and when we changes can be made!
