add-on website: update BrailleExtender for NVDA compatibility

Now, BrailleExtender stable version (22.05.19 is available.

NVDA compatibility: 2022.1

Could you consider to update the add-on website? Then, new user could get the update from the website or addon-updater.

I already studied this but I find their process too constricting.
I don't want to make a pull request for every update.
The current update system integrated into Braille Extender works well and I don't find AddonUpdater reliable ((my tests are a year old, maybe it's better now).
I leave the question open though. But it's not in my priorities.

Yes, that's the point. And Braille Extender have an update system.

Also, I found that user could download BrailleExtender-22.05.28 from the add-on website.
