App's shortcut appears after the update, although it has been deleted

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install AGVW 2.5.0 nightly 7 with shortcut creation.
2. After the installation, delete the shortcut from desktop.
3. Update the app to 2.5.0 nightly 8 version.

Expected Behavior

Shortcut don't appear.

Actual Behavior

Shortcut appears once again.
