@danielballan We have made some progress before on running the xpcs-eigen code with the BNL data. As far as I remember, we got it to the point where we could get the results from an IMM + HDF5 file generated at the BNL. The performance numbers were encouraging as well. I am just hoping, we can continue that effort as well. I sent you the link to a gdrive folder that has all the dataset and information we exchanged . If you get a chance and talk to Yungag, please update here as to the status of that deployment.

Thanks for opening an issue to track this work. I should have done that myself, amidst my flurry of opening requests and suggestions several weeks ago.
One publicly documented working example would go a long way toward making this more efficient on our side. Are you open to tackling #11 and #8 before we continue?
@danielballan I will mostly likely be gone for my leave from next week. I looked at the public dataset. The Google drive folder that I shared with you earlier have a dataset that we got working for BNL. May be that is a good start in my absence.
I haven't started looking at the CI. Just continuously compiling the code won't be very useful without some form of unit testing or at least running the code against a known dataset. I can tackle it once I am back end of September. But, I am pretty sure we can continue our previous efforts with Julian without having unit tests and CI at least during the next couple of week. May be that dataset we can then be used as a public example.
