What bug have you identified?

In TweetDeck-blockmode, Dragging a TweetDeck window open doesn't cause it to be blocked.

Failure procedure.

Enable TweetDeck-blockmode.
Open TweetDeck
Drag TweetDeck window as soon as.

What behavior is inherently desirable?

Close TweetDeck window.

Environment when it occurs.

PC
Windows10
Google Chrome: 84.0.4147.135(Official Build)(64bit)
