gray mode didn't change at the right time

Description

here is my setting in app also my windows version(which is 23h2)

the question happens when i open my computer
it's 16:00 my computer shouldn't be gray mode but it still is

Expected Behavior

When the application starts, the app ensures that my screen is not in gray mode between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM; otherwise, it will be in gray mode.
