Min/max earnings

Hello, I propose to expand "give_money" with min and max. This will allow you to diversify earning from jobs and would be more interesting.

What does this mean? The player would draw a prize from the min/max range, for example;
min: 2 / maximum 8. The player would draw from this range e.g. 2.20 / 3 / 4.40.
