Expected Behavior

UnregisterHandler should be able to update the checkpointer at Azurehub

Actual Behavior

UnregisterHandler is not able to update the checkpointer which results in duplication of events

Environment

OS: Linux/Windows
Go version: 1.13
Version of Library: latest
