Hello,
This would largely depend on the project you're doing.
In the default case you'd just connect one thing to A0 another A1 and make sure you're on the same ground.
If you have tried just basic measuring it would be the same as wiring when doing analogRead from one thing, but you'd now replicate it for the second channel, and plug into whichever input you selected in the code as you may choose to not use A0 and A1
