Right now, the device assumes it's connected to the internal portion of the network. However, if the device was placed on the WAN port, it can act as a both a network proxy, and a captive portal. Make it so Number One.

captive branch has the raspian-demo.sh script now written to configure the device as a captive portal. The network proxy should be done on another arch (Such as the debian or centos scripts). However, maybe we'll plan it to be an optional module in this script for the rpi?
