fix(?): 🐛 Required Fields missing on BuildTeam Settings

There is no check to have input in the required fields of the BuildTeam Settings page (probably nowhere...)

Enter remove a required value in the settings and click save, the API will respond with the validation error.

Error should be provided before api call.
