Rename Foritfy Scans from MRR to Cache-Loader #1048

We changed the folder name form mrr to cache-loader.

Need to change Fortify accordingly to match the new structure.

Fortify scans will be doing on the Main branch level. I have discussed with Marcelo this has to be done after our sprint done.
