🚧 What needs to be done

Add a button to export the contents of the error log table as a csv file.

🤔 Why it needs to be done

So that users may share the error info as needed for troubleshooting.

🏗️ Acceptance Criteria

Given I am viewing the admin dashboard
When I click the "Export CSV button" (figma link)
Then I download a csv file that matches the contents of the error log table
