Hi, CGATPipelines is now CGAT-flow and the code has moved to here: https://github.com/cgat-developers/cgat-flow.

Are you able to raise an issue here if the problem still persists. Please make sure you pull latest changes first though as we updated the yml files to remove python-drmaa because the package name has changed to drmaa.
