Currently a YYYYMMDD.missing.ls file is written to the artifacts/published/elan directory. The format was made in somewhat of a hurry and is quite unpleasant to parse, especially for non-technical folk. I think it would be nice to improve the formatting and try to tabulate the data such that it is more readily consumable by scripts and ... spreadsheet software.

In the meantime it has been requested that we also point a symlink to the latest missing.ls file, which seems reasonable.
