It looks like libreoffice wasn't found. Can you check it launches when you run it at the command line ? Maybe it's not in the PATH ? |
I dicsovered libreoffice does not work at the command line. It needs to be invoked like this: |
So it's installed with flatpak on your system. Does it work headless this way ? Can you try with an adapted configuration, eg
