At any time in the Mediation creation process, either agent, organisation or mediator should be able to 'Reset Mediation', which clears the current Mediation stage and allows agents to go back to the beginning of the mediation creation process.

This should be an additional option in the dashboard, only available once mediation negotiation process has started.
