Questions about SmartResolution

Hi Chris, I have some questions about your development "SmartResolution", first of all congratulations. I was able to install the platform by following this link: https://smartresolution.org/installation.

My questions:

• Are you still maintaining this project?
• Do you know of anyone who has put it into production on your dispute resolution platform?
• Do you know of any other free software options for ODR platforms?

I really appreciate your answers, and if possible at some point to talk to you.

Hello 👋 Thanks for trying it out, I'm glad it worked for you.

I am not currently maintaining this, which was last touched in 2015 for my university final year project. I have no plans for updating it either, nor for transferring ownership, but would be very happy to see someone fork the project to make whatever improvements they need to, and could look at merging that at a later date.

I don't know of anyone who has put it into production, although people have messaged me about it in the past. If you were to use it in production, I would highly recommend updating the dependencies in your composer.json to fix any security vulnerabilities first.

I analysed the ODR options available in 2014/15 in my dissertation, which you can read here. The market may have moved on since then.
