Tasks for a standard platform launch

Start platform

Get custom variables per event (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1rvzyeaDRcd6fYTuvCwH7KBp5BprhSEP880ZyDFtm1Uc/edit?usp=sharing)
Kick up the platform
Set custom variables (2019 doc)
Test emails (sendgrid)
Invite the admins (there's a tool for this)
Get feedback and cleanup Tweaks on the 2020 forms after team feedback #225
It's live!
Update the coolestprojects.org site with tweaks as the "launch" for USA and UK
It's launched!
