Simple Item View needs to be default when browsing an Item

Browsing a random item will show the full-item-view, and clicking show-simple does nothing.
Simple Item View will have a subset of the metadata available: title, author, subject, date. And each of those fields has human readable names.

Full-Item-View has all metadata (except maybe provenance), and each field has the full schema.element.qualifier as the title of each metadata field.
