Nothing happened after a transient busy icon of mouse when I open File Association Manager. My OS is Win10 2004 19041.

This usually implies something has gone wrong with some basic system components like the .Net framework.

Do you have any problems running a much simpler program with similar dependencies like my own https://github.com/Dijji/InternetOff/releases/tag/v1.0 , which is a simple program to temporarily turn Internet access off?
