Raise does not wake sleeping mac

Describe the bug
When the mac is put to sleep I can press a key on a bluetooth device to wake up the mac. However, the mac does not react to the Dygma keyboard. There is also a similar issue for the ultimate hacking keyboard, maybe that helps troubleshooting.

To Reproduce

1. put the mac to sleep
2. try to wake it up by pressing a key on the keyboard

Expected behavior
mac should wake up
