Way to disable Multi-store

Create a new ABP Setting named MultiStore.

When setting it to false, something will change.

Admin:

• Cannot create a new store.
• Anyway, you don't need to choose a store to manage. For example, when you want to create a product, you can't see a store select.

Public:

• Store list page is disabled.
• Product list page is the home page now.

I think the multi-store is not a universal demand, so the setting MultiStore can be false by default.
