Backup And Restore Database from Filesystem Only?

Hi Guys,

Im looking for solutions to Backup and Restore Databases directly from my server.

Im using restic and having success backing up from Restic to Backblaze.

But now trying to apply this concept to Databases. Does anyone know:

If I Backup all Folders under /var/lib/docker/volumes/global-db_db_data/_data/

Is there any way to restore databases from the File system that exists under this folder?

Here is an example of what the files look like there and the file types. Guidance appreciated. - Stuart
