Cannot create application password

I am getting the following error

Your website appears to use Basic Authentication, which is not currently compatible with Application Passwords.

I run ee auth, and found that there is only http auth to admin-tools that are not being used and disabled. There is no Basic Authentication to my website.

Warning: Auth does not exists on xxxxx

Following auth is applied only on admin-tools.
