Cannot create temporary directory!

If I try to reload/restart any service/site I get "INTERNAL ERROR: cannot create temporary directory!" message.

Checking ee.log I found the following:

Checked availabe disk space and there's over 40Gb available. Have also pruned the docker with no luck. Any help on what might be happening here?
