Make sure admin users cannot change the slug for clt-events CPTs. (Can be simple JS or PHP that stops it serverside). Explain to users why this is so. Note that as of 49f8796 slugs are supposed to be in the format "Y-m", (e.g. "2020-12").

See #3 as well, since that cron job needs to insert posts with correctly formatted slugs.
