Specify core mass fraction alternatively to core radius fraction

Core sizes are often reported in the literature as mass fraction, rather than radius fraction. It would be useful if we could specify the core size through the PROTEUS configuration file through both quantities as required. We can easily convert between the two since we specify the core density to be a constant value.
