Currently, after the user enables the UI-mode for "Statistical grid", a grid from HSY is shown without legend. After this, the Stat Finland grid data can be toggled by enabling the 250m grid switch.

The UI should directly go to the 250m grid. The first grid can be removed, along with the UI switch to enable/disable the 250m grid.
