explicitly allow bicycles on marked bike roads

There are many roads marked with sign B1 (vehicle=no) but marked as bicycle trails. Let router use such roads for bicycle routing.

OSM data is OK. I want router to allow routing on roads which has vehicle=no but are also in relation with route=bicycle tag. This is a common case in Slovakia. By law such roads are still forbiden to be used by cyclists but practically all cyclists would use them.

do you have some pictures IRL that prove that a way should be vehicle=no and route=bicycle? (I cannot find any now).

fyi, i've openned some issues at graphhopper, mapzen and OSRM, so that main bike osm routers are working fine.

I think we should implement it regardless of other projects (to use with www.freemap.sk).

Explicitly allow bicycles on marked bike roads will still not make routing usefull for MTB. I suggest to make extra routing type for MTB. Preferences for road / MTB / trekking bike are different and every category should have own routing.
For MTB routing access tags on highway values: track, path, residential and service ways should be just ignored. In frontend some note about this can be displayed, when selecting this type of routing.
