Windows Batch infinite loop on failed project creation.

Please confirm the following:

• I have upgraded to the latest GYB release from https://github.com/jay0lee/got-your-back/releases and I still have this issue.
• I am typing the command as described in the GAM Wiki at https://github.com/jay0lee/got-your-back/wiki

Full steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Install Windows MSI or ZIP File
2. Run the batch file with an account that cant create projects in GCP
3. The Batch file will indefinitely loop

Expected outcome (what are you trying to do?):
setup local folders & files without creating a project automatically in GCP
Actual outcome (what errors or bad behavior do you see instead?):
CMD keeps looping and needs to be forced closed.
