📌 Description

들어온 모든 요청을 적절한 로그 포맷으로 기록.
로그 포맷의 경우 어떻게 결정하면 좋을지 (어떤 내용이 들어가야 하는지) 고민+의논해보기
헬스체크 API는 로그에 안 남았으면 좋겠음
로그 포맷 결정 후 어떻게 로그를 관리할지 (트래킹할지) 의사결정
