Describe the request

In a web browser on Mastodon, you can reorder pictures by dragging pictures before/after an another image. It's a Quality of Life improvement like that I'd like to see in Tuba, as the Pixelfed app also have this feature to my knowledge!

Also would help, till this Mastodon bug is not fixed...

I don't think it would help with that Mastodon bug, that's on federation level. Do you have a software backend in mind that it happens on? AFAIK the order is preserved between *oma, *key and Mastodon
