[Bug]: Media does not attach [Windows]

Describe the bug

I just installed via windows executable and when I attempt to create a new post and attach media, nothing is attached.

Steps To Reproduce

Create new post
Click "Media" tab
Click "Add Media" button
Select media

Nothing happens.

I tried attaching several different file types (mp4, png, jpg) and none would attach.
