We managed to solve it as the problem were in the Active Directory group mapping in the credentials object in the app settings

but the issue now is in the base URL the content is not showing for some reason

@david-wagih did you manage to fix this issue? Even I'm not able to see the content in my umbraco v13 site and it redirects to https://localhost:44379/umbraco#/undefined.
