RETICULA Plugin

Installation instruction

Clone the repository
Open IntelliJ
Preferences -> Plugins -> Install plugin from disk
Select RETICULA Plugin.zip from the cloned folder
Restart IntelliJ

Will update readme with build information, descriptions etc. soon.
