I'd like to start by expressing my appreciation for the fantastic tool you've created.
Currently, I'm generating datasets using the RNA004 kit from Arabidopsis RNA samples. I'm curious if there are plans to release an Arabidopsis m6anet model specifically tailored for RNA004. Additionally, I would appreciate your recommendations on utilizing the RNA002 m6anet model pipeline with data generated from the RNA004 kit.
Many Thanks,
Ranj

Our Arabidopsis RNA002 model is trained based on public data. If there are Arabidopsis RNA004 data publically available. We will train a model on that.
I currently have two Arabidopsis datasets created with RNA004 and anticipate obtaining approximately 18 additional datasets end of next month. Is there a confidential method for me to share the data with you, and could you kindly help ingenerating the models?
Alternatively, I am exploring the use of the m6anet-train module. However, I am unsure about the sections"modification_status" and "set_type." Could you help clarifying which values need to be provided to train a model?
