Question about the PCA in the paper

Hi, in your paper you mentioned that: 'We then performed a principal component analysis (PCA) on the high-dimensional read-level features to map reads into a two-dimensional space'. could you please tell me what is the input for the PCA? is it the readcount table from datapreparation step?
