Updating Sample Names in Existing Arrow Files for ArchR Project

Hey,

I have a set of Arrow files from two different runs and the sample names are identical across the runs. I'm trying to create a single ArchR project using these files, but I’m encountering a "sample name duplicate" error due to the identical names.

Is there a way to update the sample names directly within the existing Arrow files to resolve this issue, without having to regenerate the Arrow files from scratch? Any guidance on this would be greatly appreciated.
