Make huddle flow production ready

The goal of this is to make the huddle flow production ready so when a member creates an appointment with a nutritionist, the nutritionist will be notified on the his dashboard, then he can either accept or decline the meeting, when the nutritionist accepts the meeting request, the meeting will automatically be created sending an email to the user that requested for the meeting and he can then join the meeting
