Thanks for the of the 5015 Modular Fan design, this makes so much more sense than the 4020 fan! Its so much easier to find high quality 5015 fans and not restricting the ducts is key to good performance.
I ran into some printing & slicing issues that I didn't immediately understand but now have tracked down. A couple of the parts are missing some fillets. Specifically:
The mosquito duct is missing 2 fillets inside the right duct as viewed from the front (they are present in the V6 and Dragon ducts)
Also there are some weird STL artifacts in the left nozzle. I had to pass it through my CAD program and re-export to get a good print. It gave errors on import and resulted in 4 different objects. Before this the slice had a bizarre artifact on the floor:
Fusion 360 files or STEP files would be a big help with making new nozzle designs!

I stopped working on that a while ago because I didn't saw much interest in that design
The Fusion 360 file is part of what you can get from Github, it's "Modular fan duct.f3d". It's a bit messy but it's complete, nothing has been stripped out. You can use it as a starting point for new nozzle designs
You said there isn't much interest. We're interested! :)
My first thought about the module approach is to create a more 180° or 270° surrounding duct pattern, in like a semi-circle approach. So, it would be split into two parts to fit on each duct.
