[Question] What sorts of likelihoods are we going to support? #19

We clearly want to start with Gaussian likelihoods.

Should we support other likelihoods up to second order (since we only have two-point statistics for our data)? I don't know what these would be but maybe we should think about the sorts of hooks we'd want to have in place to support this.
