Vanilla shop items don't show up in the check tracker

Not sure if this was an intended change (@Malkierian ?), but vanilla shop items don't show up in the tracker at all now. Which is sort of annoying if there's a shield or a tunic in there you'd actually want to keep track of.

"Hide unshuffled shop item checks" may be on by default, but the option does exist. Just double checked on a fresh seed, and unshuffled checks do show, and show their stuff, with that disabled. You're not referring to having shops unshuffled at all, are you?

Sorry, didn't know about that. I'm not entirely convinced hiding them should be the default though.
