Linux version doesn't work on ubuntu 16.10 #48

Emulationstation throws the following error when trying to start on Ubuntu 16.10:

"emulationstation: error while loading shared libraries: libboost_system.so.1.58.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"

After attempting to install libboost-system-dev it tells me that the latest version is installed (1.61.0.2)

it seems the dependency has been updated but EmulationStation hasn't been updated to accommodate that
