Neo4j extension never gets past "starting"

Describe the bug
When I go to use the Neo4j plugin, it doesn't seem to move past the Neo4j extension starting. I've tried creating a database in Neo4j, and I've tried to use the recommended settings, but nothing seems to work.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: macOS Sequoia 15.2
• Browser: Safari
• Version: Version 18.2 (20620.1.16.11.8)
