Add Performance Test Reporting

More detailed profiling performance per machine is necessary to determine bottleneck in the pipeline. Adding the following metrics to performance tests will help quickly assess this:

• File read time
• Network write time
• Network read time
• GPU write time
• GPU read time
• Calculation time
• Total time
