What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upgrading to Android 5 Lollipop
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Keyboard selection is available but Wifi Keyboard is not shown in the list. 
Can't select Wifi Keyboard.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v2.3.5 - Android 5

The keyboard selector is different in Lollipop. I should update the instruction how to select keyboard on lollipop.

If you updated the instructions, then where is it? If not, then what are the instructions for enabling the WiFi Keyboard on Lollipop?

Try using the WiFi Keyboard Widget to select the keyboard.
