unsolvable PATH problems on a clean install

I am on Windows 10. Have installed TexLive. Have installed Strawberry Perl. Have added c:\Straberry\perl\bin to my user PATH on windows. I cannot get Latex workshop to work. Will TL work with TexLive or only with MikTex? Here is a log:
